Shipping policy


1. Shipping Charges:
a. For orders to be shipped within Metro Manila, shipping is free of charge.
b. For orders to be shipped outside Metro Manila, an additional fee of Php200 will be applied.

2. Delivery Time:
a. Within Metro Manila: Please allow 2-3 business days for processing, packaging, and delivery.
b. Outside Metro Manila: Please allow 5-7 business days for processing, packaging, and delivery.
3. Same-Day Delivery:

       a. Same-day delivery is not available for any orders. Please plan your purchases accordingly.

4. Courier Service:
       a. Orders to be shipped within Metro Manila will be delivered via our trusted local courier partner.
       b. Orders to be shipped outside Metro Manila will be delivered via LBC (Luzon Brokerage Corporation) courier service.


5. Shipping Address:
a. We only ship to valid addresses within the Philippines.
b. Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete to avoid any delivery issues.
6. Tracking Information:
a. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
b. You can use the tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the courier's website or contact our customer support for assistance.

7. Delayed or Undelivered Shipments:
a. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or unavoidable delays, such as natural disasters or logistical constraints, we will make every effort to inform you promptly.

8. Returns and Exchanges:

9. International Shipping:
a. At present, we only ship within the Philippines. International shipping is not available.
